Frank Cozzolino, the 56-year-old electrician and co-star of the home improvement show “Holmes on Homes,” passed away from lymphoma on December 4, 2025, his daughter Filomena announced. Cozzolino had previously battled organ disease, undergoing a liver transplant in 2017 and a second transplant in July 2025 after his condition returned. Despite complications from the second transplant, he continued to fight until his passing.
In an Instagram tribute, Filomena described her father as a man of passion, empathy, honesty, and integrity. She said his life was a testament to resilience, calling his recent transplant a “third chance at life” and honoring his enduring spirit. Co-star and friend Mike Holmes paid tribute to Cozzolino, highlighting his skill, care, and humor on the show, noting that his impact will live on in the homes he helped improve. Cozzolino’s family shared that he requested no funeral and asked for donations to support organ donation, transplant research, and cancer studies, encouraging others to become organ donors in his honor. He is survived by his partner Lisa and daughters Filomena and Alexandria.
