ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK – The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
James R. Tracy, 45, has been reported missing after not having contact with his family for several months. He was last known to be living in the Utica/Rome area. Tracy is described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
