LONDON, ENGLAND – Police in London arrested a man on Sunday following a pepper spray attack in a Heathrow Airport parking garage. Several people were assaulted in the Terminal 3 garage and were taken to the hospital by ambulance; authorities said their injuries are not considered serious.
