The Guthrie Clinic has been honored as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group, a distinction that underscores the organization’s commitment to cultivating a supportive and high-performing workplace. This national recognition highlights Guthrie’s focus on empowering its caregivers and maintaining a culture that allows staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
The selection process was based on one of the most comprehensive studies of its kind, incorporating data from over 400,000 employee interviews and 4.9 million company reviews. Factors such as leadership, integrity, work-life balance, compensation, and organizational culture were analyzed using more than 120 key performance indicators through Aniline, an independent data provider. Only health care organizations with more than 1,000 employees were considered.
Dr. Edmund Sabanegh, President and CEO of The Guthrie Clinic, praised the team for earning this recognition, saying, “This award is a testament to the incredible people who make Guthrie a great place to work every day. We are committed to supporting our caregivers because we know that when our team thrives, our patients receive the very best care.” Employees provided feedback on everything from workplace conditions to overall culture, making this recognition a genuine reflection of their experiences.
The Guthrie Clinic expressed its appreciation to all caregivers for their dedication, emphasizing that this recognition is a celebration of the collaborative effort that makes Guthrie not only a great place to work but also a trusted source of health care for the communities it serves.
