Known for its fresh fruit arrangements, the company has teamed up with Goody, a tech-driven gifting platform, to enhance Edible.com’s offerings. Powered by Goody’s Commerce API and an extensive catalog of premium third-party brands, the platform now includes a variety of non-perishable gifts that complement Edible’s existing products.
Alongside Edible’s well-known same-day delivery options, customers can now select from a handpicked collection of food-related items from brands like Carbone, Ghia, and Homesick Candles. Each gift purchase includes a personalized digital card that is sent instantly. Somia Farid Silber, CEO of Edible Brands, said the new marketplace helps reach customers in areas without physical Edible stores and allows the company to expand beyond perishable products while maintaining the emotional appeal that defines the brand. The partnership with Goody also enables faster fulfillment and greater flexibility, without complicating local operations. Katy Carrigan, CEO of Goody, emphasized how the collaboration combines Edible’s strong customer trust with Goody’s curated catalog and integration capabilities to create a more seamless and thoughtful gifting experience.
